“Just wanted to say how pleased I was with my stay….which I wasn’t planning on LOL. Our car broke down just a few minutes away. Tried to stay with the bigger chains but everything was sold out. The Dudley was suggested & we couldn’t have been happier. Great Staff … can’t say Thank You enough for all your help. Room was a little dated but very clean & affordable. I will be staying again in august. What a find & so close to everything we needed.” -Buddly, Mineral Wells TX

“Really glad my wife and I stayed at the historic Dudley. The room was quite nice- nothing terribly fancy, but clean, with updated furnishings and new carpeting, bathroom was a little old fashioned but spotless. After our 2nd night we started talking with the woman at the front desk (turned out she was the new owner) who explained that the Dudley had gotten a bad rap in the past for being run down, but she has been working HARD to refinish the hotel, and it shows. This is a very nice place, with comfortable rooms and terrific service. There is also a bar with live music on the weekends. Very cozy, comfortable, clean and very reasonable compared to the chains in town. I highly recommend it.” -Jake, Fayetteville AR

“My wife and I stayed there on June 2, 2010. Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I have stayed in some branch hotels in Erie (Travel lodge) and in Niagara Falls Canada (Econo Lodge) that were not as nice. The bathroom decor was a little old fashioned (yellow) but was clean and not all beat up! This is not the Ritz Hotel by far but it is very nice and so are the people!” –Tom, Natrona Heights PA

“The rooms are a bit small, but cozy. Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bar “Sisters” has a great atmosphere and the staff is amazing!!” –Johanna, Western NY

“We stayed at casino one night then at Dudley. Everyone was so nice. My daughter and I met a lot of nice people there from all over. The room was clean and the band was great.” –Idian, Western NY

“I stay at the Dudley once a week as I come to Salamanca on business. My room has always been clean, with fresh towels and clean sheets, and cable on a decent TV, enough heat, everything you would expect from a nice motel, except at a better price. There’s always a friendly, helpful face at the desk downstairs 24X7. In addition, this hotel is quite historic, having been founded around the time of the Civil War. They often have fun bands in the bar downstairs. Give it a try, you’ll come back. I do.” –James, Niagara Falls NY
